You can pick your own meat from our display fridge and see it cooked to perfection at our open kitchen. With such a commanding range of cuts and sizes we never disappoint.

But it’s not just all about the steaks. We are also famous for our seafood and expansive selection of specials. Try our chef’s-own Cevapcici skinless sausages with olive tapenade, or our whole grilled 700g flounder.

Our chefs pride themselves on the quality and freshness of their selected produce. All food is made on the premises — we even make are own ice creams and desserts.

We also have an expansive wine-list, with a huge range of premium reds. Our own cellared wines and tempting reserve wine-list are perfect for any special occasion!

FUNCTIONS

The hotel’s first floor function rooms were renovated in 2008/2009. The contemporized rooms provide an elegant feel, retaining the architectural features of the hotel’s rich history. PUBLIC BAR

The hotel’s public bar has a friendly sporting theme, with huge plasma screens showing all the major sporting events. With a new TAB kiosk and Sky Channel, it’s a great place to relax and get your bets on during the Spring Carnival. When all the sporting fervour inevitably works up an appetite, try something from the traditional pub menu. The crumbed lamb cutlets with creamy mash and gravy are a staunch favorite — as are the $10 daily specials.
